This is an exciting time to consider joining NICE. Reporting to our new CEO and working with experienced senior colleagues, the postholder will influence the future direction of NICE and ensure it remains at the forefront of its field in the UK and overseas. This newly redefined role will be the board’s chief finance officer, leading the development of the annual business plan, monitoring performance against targets and briefing the board and our sponsor department. It will have executive responsibility for the NICE Connect transformation programme, and for the longer-term development of the Institute, leading our Transformation Unit.
